Custom foam inserts, cut to your gear
Send us the item or its dimensions. We measure, design the insert, and send you a 3D preview to approve before any foam is cut. You get a finished insert for a Pelican, Nanuk, SKB or similar case, with or without the case.
How it works
Send us the item, or its measurements and photos. We measure with calipers and lay out the pockets.
1. Send your item or dimensions
We send a 3D preview of the insert. You check the fit and layout and ask for changes. Nothing is cut until you approve.
2. Approve your 3D preview
We cut the foam on a CNC router and fit it to the case. Pick up in the Atlanta area, or we ship it, with or without the case.
3. Receive your insert
The details
The item itself, or its dimensions and a few photos. The case make and model, or a note that you need one. For businesses, a DXF, DWG or PDF drawing works too.
What we need from you
Pelican, Nanuk, SKB, Seahorse, Apache and similar hard cases. If you already own the case, we cut to its interior. If you do not, we can supply one with the insert.
Case brands we work with
Polyethylene (PE) for most gear. Cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) for a finer, firmer finish. Black is standard. Other colors are available on request.
